Shipping policy

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your payment method. We will immediately check with our suppliers to confirm that your item is in stock.

Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

  • In-Stock Items: If your item is in stock, we will process the charges and ship your order within 1-5 business days from the date of your order.
  • Backorders: If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via email to discuss options.

Transit Time & Delivery

  • Standard Shipping: Once your order has left the warehouse, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
  • Carriers: We use standard carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx, or Freight for larger items) to ensure your machine arrives safely.

Tracking Information

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the email address you provided during checkout. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, please contact us at sales@espressotrain.com.
